I've seen it called by various combinations of the words "magnificent, ornate, foxface, rabbitfish".

 

I see it's yellow close cousin frequently.

 

Is it outrageously expensive?

I've found it on-line at several places usually well over $100 but he best price I've seen is at Marine Scene righ here in our area. Go figure

One of my favorites, beautiful, not shy, it wants a big space, and mine ate some very expensive little anemones :( YMMV
