Euroreef CS8-2

I found a pretty good deal on reef central on a ER CS8-2. The only bad part is that it has 2 little one inch cracks by the the inlet pump. The person selling the skimmer says that it doesnt affect its performance and that he has glued it up. Should I buy this skimmer? or is it a bad idea?

They're made out of acrylic, right? Acrylic is very easy to repair, so if he's glued it up it should be good to go. If the cracks are in plumbing, it all depends on if you can get replacement parts. I can't even see the cracks in that photo which probably means the cracks aren't a big deal.

just be careful not to bump it and make it worst but if he glued it, then it should be ok
