Does anyone have a local supplier for 8020 where I could drop in and get what I need to build a light bar?

Have you thought about Grainger? They've got brick and mortar outlets in a lot of places around here. You can place your order online and have it delivered to the store. The one that I go to from time to time is just outside Herndon near 28 & 606.

McMaster Carr May have similar to 8020. They never really tell you the manufacturer, but usually have something similar. Going to be a challenge to get a brick and mortar to pick out 8020. Hi think you’ll probably have to plan out what you need and place an order.

Doubt you will find local. I did enough research when I did my light rails. I used 8020.net . Not cheapest but customer service is top notch. You plan it out, send them a sketch and they can help you with parts and confirm structural loading if required.

 

Long lead time though.
