the guy before me was a genius, and took off the splash guard in the nano cube I bought from him. All the bulb clips rusted out. Now I am finding them in the tank, should I replace the sand bed? the mushrooms dont look to happy the turbo snail seems fine and my thug three stripe damsel is also fine. I am now running carbon....

oh yeah nanotuners.com has the new sapphire aquatics skimmer that they may have for the biocube which will fit into the chambers in the back, and light upgrades to fit a fuge light to turn one of the chambers into a refugium. Some nano's have vinly which can be peeled off to hang a light in the back to shine on the chambers, I think thats about it.....

I would go bigger I've seen the 29 and it is beautiful, nano-reef.com and nanotuners.com are good sites for any nano, good luck.....

whats going on, you are the same guy looking for the tanks. I was born and raised in alaska and half native, and we drove down too during the start of winter it is crazy we saw alot of semi's that went over the cliff or banks. What an adventure, well see you soon...........

scwd (squid) is a wave maker you hook up to the return pipes and it Tee's off and alternates the path of water sending the water to the right for a few seconds and than to the left for another few seconds depending on the flow of the pump. blueribbonkoi.com near manassas has plenty of plumbing parts and ball valve and unions, ball valve is what I have on my return line and just about everyone else does too. You can adjust the flow from your mag and turn it down if it is too much oh yeah home depot sells them too in the plumbing section. Hope that helps....

It's about eight inches or more off the water 250 watts on a 29 gallon tank, just wanted to know if it was harmful I get headaches when I take the canopy cover off....
