I am not sure what it is that is causing the clicking..... I hear it sometimes during day time and mostly at night. I sure hope to find out soon. The crab I have has a shell that is half white and half black. Since I didnt put him there, I want to catch him to get a picture to ID the species. Unni

Steve, Make a trip to the Annandale Super Petz...... They have a tank where they keep the frozen food that has quite a few of these anemones and they call them "WILD" anemones for lack of a better terminology. Unni

Jar still has the bait.. may be they have not found out how to get in there... Or they may know these tricks already :D

Check with Lee to see if he is using the same salt as you are? I remember now that I lost mine when I changed salt mixes... Maybe all WAMAS members should start using the same salt mix to minimize shock Unni

For those of you who have always wanted the rear of their Tank painted! There is a product that I recently noticed at a LFS that is applied the same way as your Automobile Window Tint that works wonders. It comes in various shaded of Blue and Black. Its quite possible that I am the last person to know about this invention :D

Even since I have had my tank, I hear an occassional clicking coming from behind the rock work, possibly from a mantis shrimp. I have also seen a few crabs darting back and forth when everthing is quiet. I have tried to trap them to atleast identify the species using the "plastic bottle cut and inverted" with a piece of fish in it with no luck. Every time I do that, my nassirius snails and hermit crabs get in there and eat the fish within a few minutes. Any suggestions?

During my recent visit to an LFS, I saw one in their tank that was almost as large as a baby elephants ear. I have an "Elephant Ear" given to me by Lee Stearns that had more than doubled its size in the past 6 months. Do I need to hand feed them to get them to grow that big?

The guy that you bought the unit from should have emailed the instructions to measure the pressure of your feed water. 1. Attach the feed water to the small pressure tank and fill it. 2. Close the feed water AND the tank "ball" valve. 3. Remove the feed tube and attach a tube with your pressure gauge that you received with the unit. 4. Open the ball valve and your pressure gauge should reveal to you the magic number. Good luck...

Their lease is expiring and the landlord want a substantial increase in rent. He wants to find a smaller (warehouse) space and will reopen as soon as he finds that.

I was there today (sunday)....... and Grim told me that he is looking for retail space (warehouse) to start fresh. If any of you know of a retail space/warehouse space in Fairfax County, let him know and he would appreciate it.
