  8. Guess what the DC6000 !!! The real improvements of the two new Waveline DC pumps is in how they can be controlled. The controller now includes two RJ45 jacks to bypass native controller with aquarium controllers such as the Apex, ReefAngel etc. The 1st RJ45 as acts as a master input and the 2nd RJ45 jack outputs the slave signal. So multiple Waveline pumps can be controlled by one master controller. Additionally, the IC chip is removed from the pump body and integrated to the controller which allows for more seamless upgrades and integration in the future. The new controller features a display and you will be able to adjust RPM speed thru a dial instead of a static pre-program 6 speeds. There is also a USB slot to use attached peripherals such as float switch on skimmers or photo sensor for night mode. RLSS will show off the next generation of their DC pumps at the Global Pet Expo in Orlando and the DC 6000 and DC 12,000 are expected to retail for $239 and $349 respectively, and individual pump specs are posted below. 15. Well I frag the coral and left the base in it's current location. My son pointed out to me today. Dad the tank sure is bright. I had for got that I had set the AI SOL Blues to auto mode. For 4 day the coral was exposed to 8 hrs of W 94 B 94 R 90 vs a max of W 35 B 49 R38. Could this light change have also contributed to my current issues as I stated before no other Acros are affected.

  19. Jim I understand your point. It is not located in a man cave/reef. It has to meet the wife's approval being located in a common area. The Maxspect Razors have had great reviews, and results. Looks it would win hands down. The d120s are a better deal and the customization of LED pattern it would not be hard to go to a Ikea or local lighting store and gut the insides of an art deco aluminum fixture. My .02 JIMLIN?
  20. True is it the resistance design of the heater circuit ?
  21. No flats or red bugs Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using Tapatalk 2
  22. Believe it or not. I used a waterbed heating pad under my old 240 gallon connected to a Dupla temp controller. I was afraid of their in tank solution.
