yes I would do a water change....when you say you have no skimmer do u mean non at all.... if so i would also vacume the sand bed to help get some of the food out of the system....need to get a skimmer going to help pull out the nasties in the water column....I would be willing to bet the lack of not having a skimmer is the bulk of the problem with the corals not looking too good....your skimmer pulls out so many of the nasty stuff your corals don't like and gets it out of the water column... now with that said how much are you feeding your fish? how much to corals....how often are your water changes

Blue Ribbon Koi (near Manassas) typically stocks T5's. If you're needing them, give them a call and make sure that they have the lamp length that you want. do u have a number for them

Ok I am going to need to get new t5 bulbs within the next month so I want to see where is the best place to buy them from...these are compact bulbs

so how do u get them to start spawing....we have a pair of persulas and I have never seen them spawn or anything near wanting too

do not use the egg crate...it is designed to difuse the light in any light fixture....I made my own screen tops with material from Lowes in the screen section in hardware, they have everything you need but the screen....I used a 1/4"x1/4" square mesh I got from another reefer who ordered it in bulk and sold off what you needed to make your screens tops....same thing as brs, but look around I am sure you can find it cheaper than what they sell it for, think I paid like 3.00 for screen and .44 for shipping.....I will try and find his email and see if he still has some for sale

had a friend from Minn. try it and killed several fish.... now not saying that is what did it but looks kinda funny try it once and several days later dead fish.....I would not try it

^^^^^^^+1^^^^^^^^ I also use selcon for my fish....I alternate between the two one day garlic next selcon, neither of these willalter water parms. These two supplements will make your fish very healthy and help them fight off disease and make there color look alot better....

I use macro filters that screw onto my lenses...they work great for me, I think I spent 40-50.00 bucks on them and have 6 lenses total they were ebay specials

no I got all them for free from a person in Md who was getting out of the hobby....got lucky was all I even got 8 fish from him as well, serpant star and a urchin

I let mine dry completly then I take a scrub brush to them with a water hose to clean them real good....a little messy but works great for me....there really in no easy way to clean this type of rock....well unless you have someone else do it for ya....rofl

the videos are like 5-10 min each yea I drilled it on its side...

looking great so far....just keep the natural light out of the tank as much as possible.... also who u spying on in your complex.....
