  2. Lol. Didn't mean to worry. If its not leaking anymore, no need to drain it. Just leave it be.

  4. I had a favia once that sent out sweepers up to 10". It took me awhile to figure out what was causing random RTN of some of my acros and then I saw it one morning. Ripped that lil b@stard out and chucked it off the deck.
  5. Got some more work done on the stand. It's not perfect, but I don't really care at this time. Lol. Also got the tank back to rimless, but I didn't take any pics of that.

You should remove the dead corals in the pic and make frag plugs out of them. Or leave them and glue some other frags on them that will encrust over them.
  7. Upload them to Photobucket and copy the [/img] tag url as Tom explained. You can post them side by side as well, but you'd have to make sure they are sized small enough to display on an average sized screen.
  8. Trick tip: I used a point an shoot Canon and covered the flash with my finger when I took pics of my previous tank. I also made sure there was not much light in the room at the time.
  9. He may be in the US, but the light is from China. Either way, the light is good.
  10. I ordered from eBay. Ask him is he's a drop shipper or does he actually stock them ready to ship? If not, they ship from China.
  11. I didn't order from that company though, so I can't say that they use the same light or just the photo of it.
  12. I use one over my 12g nano. Works well enough. haven't used it over SPS yet though, but I only have to run it at 25% to keep my lps chalice, favia, fungia, torch, etc) happy and colorful. I'm doing two more over my larger system which I expect to have to run 50%-100% then. I like them and the dimming feature on both white and blue is a nice feature to get it to the color you want. To me, they are the same as running T5's, but less heat and energy.
  13. The led I use only has blue and white too. My chalice color up nicely from them, but i am able control the blues and whites independently, which helps.

I was hoping they were able to invert the colors, making the markings black and the rest of the fish white (truly like a panda). I'd buy a pair then.

    Coral

Only if it is already eating prepared food and even then it still requires a lot of feeding. I would pass. Not a good selection for starting out. If your water params are in check and you have proper lighting and flow for the coral you want to keep, go for it. I do not suggest you start adding any SPS yet, other than some montipora, maybe.

Your tank is too new and too small to maintain a Mandarin goby for very long. It will deplete your pod population fairly quickly in that tank. Use a sand sifting starfish instead. If you are keeping any coral frags on the sandbed, avoid any sand sifting gobies too. They will bury your coral and you will constantly have to dig them out. Research can be your best friend when it comes to adding new fish to your system. Never go solely by what an LFS tells you. Unless it's Sean from FnF or Johnny at BRK, I would not take any advice from any store employee (nothing personal guys).

Um, you realize that is a dead coral, right? I hope you didn't pay money for that. Who sold that to you? Unless you're trolling...
