Any tips for cheap shipping?

Hey Wamas,

 

I have never shipped coral before and want to ship by buddy some frags from DC to Austin, TX. I made a FedEx account and as I'm looking into the Priority Overnight rates, it seems like $100 is the cheapest rate I can find. On reef4reef I commonly see people quoting $50 for shipping so I'm thinking I may be doing something wrong. Does anyone have some insight on this matter? Thanks in advance!

Marco from ERC started a shipping company where you order the labels through him and you save a bunch over “retail” rates. I will send u a link when I get home. I have it on my home computer.
