Di resin is green but TDS is 1?

Hey everyone. The in-line TDS on my 7 stage is suddenly reading 1. I replaced everything a couple moths ago... new cartridges, membrane, and 3 new color changing resin tubes. I’ve been getting 0 ever since. Now I’m getting 1 TDS today but the DI is still all green in every tube.  What gives?

Could you provide a little more info?

 

What RODI filter do you have?

Did you pack it the resin tightly?

Did you flush the carbon filters?

What is the TDS coming out of the membrane into the resin stage?

Is this city water, or well water?

Sorry have to ask...did you hook everything back up correctly?

Are you certain that the resin is color-changing?  Not all resins do that.

This might sound obvious but if you haven’t, purge your system for a couple minutes before you take the reading.  More info would also help better diagnose.
