What is this?

Fed my tank freshly hatched brine shrimp tonight. As I was staring at the tank I noticed a couple smaller blobs moving slowly. I only found a couple. They almost look like tiny jellies the way they propel through the water and appear to have little tentacles. So what am I looking at here?
