Look at the difference between the two colors of reagent. Did they change something or was it color fade from the indirect light? It was in datef1cc98502e023b8aae037a397141e4cc.jpg

I'm just guessing here, Brian. But, since the reagent is a pH sensitive dye in solution, my guess is that the pH of the indicator solution varied between the two. (The older of the two has been exposed to air for longer than the newer solution and may have changed color.) I'm also guessing that it'll have little, if any, impact on the performance of the reagent.
