gmerek2 December 6, 2017 Share December 6, 2017 Look at the difference between the two colors of reagent. Did they change something or was it color fade from the indirect light? It was in date Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Origami December 6, 2017 Share December 6, 2017 I'm just guessing here, Brian. But, since the reagent is a pH sensitive dye in solution, my guess is that the pH of the indicator solution varied between the two. (The older of the two has been exposed to air for longer than the newer solution and may have changed color.) I'm also guessing that it'll have little, if any, impact on the performance of the reagent.
zygote2k December 8, 2017 Share December 8, 2017 another thing- don't read your test results in or around aquarium light. read them under natural daylight or a light that gives good color rendition.
