Well now this is interesting.  Seems they have a plus version that will work on tanks up to 3/4" in thickness as well.  A little concerned about scratching.  Anyone have thoughts on this?

I'd love to have an automated cleaner!  But this one is limited to 6' long tanks due to the range of the ultrasound navigation system, so it won't work for me.  But I'll keep an eye on it and see what develops.

 

The only competitor I've seen is the RoboSnail, but their max is 1/2" glass.  They've said they're working on a larger version for years, but nothing so far.

I'm interested, but have gotten burned by kickstarters on aquarium equipment in the past, so I'll wait until production even if I pay more.
