I had no idea the commercial coral farming industry was getting so big. Lost count of mariculture farms in Indonesia.

It's natural sunlight. They used mostly blue plastic material on the roof and over each frag tank.

ORA uses a salt water well with high nitrates and low calcium. They do not dose calcium and use glass beads to reduce trates.  I can't imagine someone buying everything they need for a marine coral/fish business, like tanks, lights, sumps all off the shelf, with no DIY solutions and, after paying for electric, water purification, salt, etc. and still make a profit.
