YHSublime April 12, 2015 Author Share April 12, 2015 FYI yoga mats do come in two thicknesses. I choose the thinner of the two under my nano. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk Thanks! Would you go bigger with a 100 gallon you think? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk for sure, looking at amazon they also have some 1/2" and 5/8" "extra thick" yoga mats. depending on your dimensions that may be a better option. You’re just trying to reduce pressure points under the glass so I would think that any of them would probably work.
zygote2k April 12, 2015 Share April 12, 2015 FWIW, I have a 36" rimless/frameless cube sitting directly on a stand that is more or less smooth and flat. It's been sitting like that for a year with zero issues. I never even thought about foam underneath it because it's simply not needed. On very large frameless glass tanks, we use sound board as the top layer above a 3/4" sheet of plywood on top of the steel frame. No foam.
