Sick Fish, Please Help

Well he died. I believe it was some sort of internal bleeding or damage (I have pictures just having trouble with my phone).

 

I have bleached out my QT and equipment before, but what should I do about the rock? Should I just leave it out and let it dry up?

I'm so sorry. Mine bled under the skin and scales like that too. They aren't an easy fish to acclimate. the bigger they are the harder they are to adjust.

Did you use the rock with copper? Throw it away. Wash the QT with 50/50 beach water. Scrub the silicon as that is where the copper gets absorbed.

Thanks, Jan. Yeah I tossed the the rock. Everything is being bleached now. So frustrating killing all the life.
