Locally quantum reefs has them, i think. Depending on where you are in pg county they might not be that far from you. Otherwise bulkreefsupply sells them, but shipping erases any savings if you arent buying a lot.

Call Roozen's Nursery as they used to sell them. I've gotten them from BRK but I know that is not close to you. I've also gotten them off of Ebay before.

I have used eBay bits on two tanks with no problems. For $6 with free shipping you cant beat it!  I actually have one sitting in wait for when I move and drill my refugium

I've done a handful of holes with those cheap bits. They work great for 4ish holes or so, and can't be beat for the price.
