Dear all,

 

Since I've joined Wamas, a couple of years ago, there have been countless of support among the members, when one of us was in need. We always help and are helped, that is the spirit of this club. I have been following this post in the For Sale forum tank for sale in so Md and I believe that we can do something about it. We are always buying and selling stuff, we also have stuff that we don't really need laying around. I humbly propose we organize a fund raising sale and the proceeds to be donated to the trust fund for this child. Whether the items are aquaria related or not doesn't really matter. What DOES matter is this child.

Let's pull together and help one of our own.

Thanks so much to all of you. I've been a member for almost a year but relatively quiet. My sister and brother in law are amazed at the out pouring of love that we've seen in the last two weeks by all.

 

I know some people would be leary of a situation such as this and that's ok I didn't come here asking for money. I just wanted to sell my tank. But thank you so much for what you've offered to do. Anyone that wants to check on Bobby's progress can check out www.carepages.com Once you register you have to input the patient's carepage name which is bobbydautrich I was doing a daily update but my sister is taking them over and has been trying to do one as much as possible. I just keep reminding myself that God took 4 angels from me and my husband and He cannot see it fit to take another child from us.

Come on people, we certainly can do better. Let's keep the ball rolling.

 

I'll be more than happy to host a little auction/sale party at my house. We could put all the goodies on the table, do some frag sales, collect the proceeds and send them to Bobby's trust fund.

Let's work on dates, a weekend, preferably a Sunday, will be best. As for when I am flexible.

The trust fund for Bobby is being set up. As soon as I have the information I will post it here, so all of those who have generously offered a contibution will be able to write the check to the attention of the fund and mail them to me. Then we will give the proceeds and contributions to the family on our behalf.
