Why is the format of my posts messed up???

Every time I post, be it a full post or quick reply, all kinds of funky things happen. The type will be really small, or have a line through it, return doesn't work. Now for the funny part........it only does it on my 2 Dell laptops. Any ideas?

That's weird. What browser? Have you tried another browser on the Dell? Another thing you can try is to toggle the editing mode by clicking on the switch-like icon in the top left of the quick reply box and seeing if that makes a difference.

Have you tried to uncheck the "strike thru" button or change the font size?

 

I have a similar issue. Only from my home computer, the return button doesn't work. Everything I type has to be in one long paragraph, no spaces. I'm using IE 8 on Windows 7 at home. I'm using IE8 on XP at work and it's fine.

Same here Dave. When I toggle the format, the return button starts working again. Weird.

It must be a Microsoft issue between Win7 and IE.

 

Google Chrome and Firefox work fine.

That helps. I can at least toggle to add spaces until this gets corrected. It just recently became an issue so it must have happened when something got updated.
