It looks like a Chalice, Echinophyllia aspera.

Some sort of chalice with a goofy name I'll bet. My guess is around $200-$500. Crazy what some will pay for their obsessions!

I'm being told it's a rainbow oxypora chalice named "Streamline Dream". $275 for the horizontal striped one and $300 for the other, plus $50 shipping.
