Borrow generator???

Does anyone have a generator or car battery inverter that I can borrow??? The power has been out since 1130 last night. I have the return pumps going, but the temp dropped to 74.5.

 

Help, please!!!

That temperature is fine, if you have circulation. I would not worry about it. I would like to run at 74. There is more oxygen in lower temp water. You are okay.

I am fighting to keep my temps down. It is 84 in my tank room.

My tank is in my basement (partially below ground). It's my only salvation.

 

Let's hope the power comes back for everyone's sake!!!

I've got a 400W inverter if anyone needs to borrow it. My power came back up around 6am. (lucky me)

And as I did and have done in a winter outtage... you can always wrap the tank in bath towels.... beach towels are easier if you have them.... just make sure the lights are unplugged incase the power comes back on ..

I lucked out!!! My sister in law found me a small Honda generator last night. I've been running it since 10 pm last night. Everything looks fine. I lucked out - this time at least.

 

Still no power in Odenton....
