Question on Meeting Raffle Tickets

I have been looking around but can't seem to find the the rules for the raffles at our meetings. I know we can cash in sponsor receipts for tickets, but I wasn't sure if we can only use the receipts we have accumulated from the last meeting or what? I missed the summer meeting and we didn't have a raffle this fall, therefore I have a massive pile of vendor receipts. I understand if there are limitations. Just wondering what they are?

Hoping you are kidding: If I bring home another tank for my wife on Valentines day, I will need to find a new sweetheart. . . I think that the students need another tank!!!

I need another tank, around 50-70 gals, preferably a cube (If anyone has any, or knows anyone with one)... but definitely not a valentine's day heart shaped tank, lol!
