Anyone have a LiveAquaria group buy going on?

I am looking to get in on a group buy at liveAquaria.com.

It would have to be in Northern VA.

 

I could start one if anyone wants in?

 

I have had 4 buys from Live Aquaria in the past 2 months. Like 15 fish in all and lots of inverts.

 

I have only had 1 fish die and LiveAquaria replaced it for free and they paid for shipping.

 

Anyone want to get in?

I live in Centreville (near the Stone Rd Giant), VA and the pick up would be this Wednesday 11/23/11 after 12:00pm. I will be here to greet FedEx and move the fish inside.

Do you suspect there will be enough to reach free shipping.? That can be the kicker for me when it comes to ordering from LA.. Might be interested in a fish or 2.

I am at free shipping already with my fish alone. If you want to tag on, I may pull one or two of mine back. But I will keep it at free shipping.

Yes, it looks like you can add items from the Diver's Den to the order and still keep free shipping.

My understanding is that as long as it's shipping from Wisc or LA, shipping is combined.

I called LiveAquaria and asked them about a combined LiveAquaria/Diver's Den order.

 

As stated below, if the total order is above $225 even if some of the order is from Diver's Den and some from Live Aquaria, the shipping is free.

 

Some will come from California, and some will come from Wisconsin, but the shipping is still free if the total order is above $225.

 

So if you want to add items from Diver's Den, it can be done. I can hold bagged items in my sump to keep the temperature stable until you pick up the item.

sigh.... the VA crowd is quite active... I wish we have more cool deals in the MD side.

 

It is quite a trip from Germantown to save on shipping, and price in liveaquaria for this current week is not that great. However, I am looking forward to their black Friday deal, and check out what they will offer.
