donnievaz September 14, 2011 Share September 14, 2011 I just watched my not very large Six-Line Wrasse devour two Sexy Shrimp I added 5 minutes ago!!! I hope he enjoyed that $16 entree. His belly looks like he's pregnant now

Yea, I'm wondering if he's what killed my Anemone Crab last month too. It was too big for him to eat but i suppose he could've terrorized him to death. surf&turf September 15, 2011 Share September 15, 2011 Don't feel bad, I had my female tomato clown eat 2 peppermint shrimp.
Chad September 15, 2011 Share September 15, 2011 I can totally understand. I once added a group of 5 peppermints to a tank with a 6 line... gone in 60 seconds! That little bastid was an efficient hunter/killer.
donnievaz September 15, 2011 Author Share September 15, 2011 I added a peppermint tonight along with the sexy pair. Luckily for him he's huge. He's been hiding in the rock since I put them in, I guess time will tell how he makes out. I'm pretty bummed about this. I love the wrasse, it's beautiful and fun to watch but if it means I can't add some of the things I really want, he may have to go. It's just a 14g Biocube so it just may not be the best place for him.
