42Hex reeftank teardown sale

Here are the details on the 42Hex and the softies.

I have updated with the Dibs. I apologize for the delay since i had to

leave for NC on wednesday evening

 

 

Hardware

diy sea swirl (3/4") - $25 ( have tested

pushing 700gph and works like a charm) - hold for scott711

42G hex with stand (drilled)- $50

( some history of this tank. The glass broke when torqued and

has new glass installed. I redrilled it and has an external durso overflow).

The tank has been up and running for over 8 months.

 

10G sump with external return pump - $20

( sump has a 1" bulkhead and fits well within the tank).

The little giant return pump has got intermittent today. Using some lube

lets it run for a while and a day later, it is stuck. Might be some clog along

the shaft. It is pretty much a freebie.

 

fish

lemon peel angel - $15

potters angel - $25

scooter dragnet - $9 hold for dchild

watchman goby - $10

cleaner shrimp ( if still alive) - $17

 

Corals

Large sachrophyton leather 1ft in dia - $75

rock with baby sacrophytons- $20 hold for ghazanfar

frog spawn = $15 hold for keyoke

pulsing xenia - $5

brown leather - FREE

neon green sinularia - $15 hold for craby

orange ricordia that has just split - $20 for 2. hold for davidm

 

Live Rock

live rock about 50-70lbs @ $125 for the bunch.

emissary wants to check it out and then buy it

 

Lighting

I am currenty using a CSL 48" long fixture

that is currently just placed over the

tank.

The lamps are 2 65Wpc 10K and 2 65W actinics

with the lamp assembly that has built in fans

and moonlights.

All the softies have been happy with this

lighting and are growing well.

The lights would go well with a 4ft long tank with softies.

Looking to get $125 for the light. hold for howard
