From a nudibranch, as I understand. Porites lobata, I think. Man this thing was huge - wonder how long it has been growing...? Hiding out in the hole - daring me to investigate with my finger... NO WAY! These next three were taken while on the boat - above water, just to appreciate how calm it was AND the clarity of the water. Depth is about 10-15 feet to the bottom.
