My oldest daughter, Kayla 12, has made the Junior olympic cut time today in the 50 meter Breast stroke! This is a goal that she has been working really hard towords, and I am very proud of course. Now she is only 12 and has a way to go to get to nationals, then of course the ultimate goal of swimming in the olympics, but its a heck of a step in the right direction. Thanks to everyone who shares my excitement, she is back again today for 3 more events so she may make a cut in another event today! We shall see... Yesterday was actually the 100 meter Breast Stroke and today she just made the 50 M Breast Junior Olympic cut! wo hoo, maybe college wont be so expensive after all!
