"DJ" style power center

Someone must know... The american DJ version, is the power cord "permanent" or removable? You know, the one that brings power into the unit. I picked up a few of the other brand... the Chauvet PC08, and they work great, but that power cord can wiggle loose. I'f siliconed them in place so they don't wiggle lose, and that works pretty good, but having it hard wired right in would be better... worth the extra $10 if you ask me.

 

So who has an american DJ power center?

My American DJ 8 outlet has the cord permanetly installed, bought it on amazon a year ago for about 30 shipped

The cord is permanently installed. I bought mine at Guitar Center for around $30 in their DJ section.

Thanks guys!!! I thought so, saw one once that had it that way and seem there is just 2 options chauvet and american.
