Where to get co2 tank filled

Where can I get a co2 tank filled near Colesville or Silver Spring? Also, around how much does this cost for a 5 or 10 lb tank. Not sure which I have.

Is there a Robert's Oxygen near you? They have a discount for WAMAS.

This is where I used to go. They do not exchange tanks so you get to keep your tank.

By the way, you need to know where your tank is from. If it's not from Robert's Oxygen then they won't exchange it there (look for the sticker). If that's the case, then you'll want to get it refilled instead. David's option is nice if you have a nice tank and have it where you can see it. The ones I have are pretty beat up and look pretty dirty, but then again, it's up on a shelf hidden away so it doesn't really make a difference to me.
