I think the link in each announcement takes you to the current tank of the month, which worked correctly for each tank at the time they won.

 

You can see a history of the TOTMs and browse individual writeups here: http://www.wamas.org/forums/index.php?autocom=totm_previous. You can navigate there by clicking on the TOTM link on the WAMAS banner, then selecting "Previous TOTMs"

Click on that.
