Larry Grenier April 15, 2009 April 15, 2009 (edited) The tank is a 96 custom (38"/24"/20") and will have plenty of open space. Other inhabitants will be 1 Yellow tang, a few green chromis, my Wife's 2 pajama cardinals, a clown, a small goby (he can easily hide in various places) and a few cleaner and peppermint shrimp. I was thinking of gettng 3. 1) I can get 3 females and the head be-och will become the male & become head of the harem right/ok? 2) Will they tend to bully the small cardinals and goby? 3) Other concerns? 4) How much do these guys usually cost? Thanks Edited April 15, 2009 by Larry Grenier
hollinmeadows April 15, 2009 April 15, 2009 I have 4 (1M, 3F) with similar livestock to yours. They all get along great! Picked them up from BRK as a package set.
Steve G April 15, 2009 April 15, 2009 They are big eaters, used to frequent feedings, so be prepared for that.

jamal April 16, 2009 April 16, 2009 i had both shrimp with these anthias with no problem. that was my experience. although they were full grown so if they are small i would worry. yes they will fight to see who becomes the male of the harem. hopefully not to the death. they will bully any fish that eats pods. about 25 a piece usually.
Grav April 18, 2009 April 18, 2009 I say get 1 male and 3 F.... or 4 F and let one work her way to the top. Cool fish, need multi feedings a day at least early on as suggested above.
