How can a vendor go so wrong as to label this a "nuclear green zoanthid"?

Retailer's that aren't true hobbyist at heart will sell you anything and tell you anything. It's up to you to know what you're buying when you visit this type of retailer. Otherwise, you will probably get screwed.

Seems to me that in this case it was simply an honest mistake. If you look at that first picture, they certainly do look a lot like really funky zoanthids. Whatever the case may be, you should always look at your purchases yourself to see what they are.

If you are really thinking of getting rid of it, I would pm sonny or give him a call at the store. He's usually pretty good at making sure the customer is happy.

Sonny will not shaft you.Make the call or PM him. Also it's not just the customer's that spends $100's even 1'000's .I have been in his store and has seen how he takes care of his customers!

I hate being bothered with going back to shops If I could know for sure what it is I could make a better decision for what to do with the coral. So who or where else could I ask for the identity of it?
