Which vendor give some discount on WAMAS membership card?

I tried Marine Scene..and they gave me this look........."What the........"..bit embrrassed..

ACG gave me some discount even it wasn't their policy..(thanks..Sean)..

 

I know Blue Ribbon Koi takes it..and any other places?..so that next time I pull out my proud WAMAS membership card to them..

Marine Scene does. You fill out the info and they log it in the computer. When you buy things, it will give you the 10% discount.

 

Fins and Feathers does give you a discount on livestock for sure.

I've gotten the same blank stare you have.

 

You need to get on their list, then it is automatic when they look up your info at checkout.

 

The easiest thing to do is PM "marinescene" here on WAMAS.

BRk does not give discount to members. I like BRK very much so I am just posting this for the record. I went to the store about a month ago and was told they don't give the discount. They try and keep the prices as low as possible for everyone. However my understanding is they give when it comes to supporting the meetings in raffles and some giveaways.

As long as you're on their list as (a WAMAS member), you get the discount automatically. You don't need to bother showing the card or bring it up unless they ask you.

 

You should see evidence of the discount on your receipt.

MS gives on your NEXT visit, not th one you sign up. Stipilations apply, so you may have to compare - ie, lot prices on things like cleaner crews etc.. not included.

Definately F&F in Ashburn. They always remind me I get it, because I always forget to ask. Love them there.

Other vendors in the area, some of them not WAMAS sponsors, will offer a 10% discount if you show your card. I'd add them to the list in the link Doug posted but only if the vendor contacts me to confirm the discount offer and some of them aren't willing to do that.
