What do you feed your reef?

OK, what do you use to feed your reef and specifically, your corals?

 

I use Marine Snow and Golden Pearls. The GPs are old and I need a replacement.

 

I also feed flake food and frozen Mysids.

Rod's Food, pellets, flake, mysis shrimp and such, I just alternate days.

I don't feed the corals....

Occasionally (1-2 times a week) I throw in a little Reef Frenzy, or Golden Pearls.

 

I spot feed certain corals with shrimp, or other delicacies - again, only a couple times a week.

 

Let me make clear - a LITTLE (just a pinch, rubbed between my finger and thumb under the surface of the water).
