Tank is progressing well. Lots of coral growth...lots of real estate left to fill My problem has been with wrasses. I love them but have had 4 jump! Black Tang is doing well! Talk again soon.... November 2nd 5pm Chris Brightwell of Brightwell Aquatics Bio: Chris Brightwell has been an avid aquarium hobbyist for over 27 years. Much of his childhood and adolescence was spent studying aquatic organisms, setting the stage for his pursuit of an education in the Marine Sciences. Chris earned a Bachelor's of Science in Marine Science from Coastal Carolina University, focusing on the physiology, behavior, biology, and ecology of fishes, as well as Marine Chemistry. After graduation, Chris was hired by Kent Marine to take charge of research and product development, as well as advanced technical support, a position he held for six years. In 2006, Chris put the finishing touches on two books, The Nano-reef Handbook and Marine Chemistry, A Complete Guide to Water Chemistry in Marine Aquariums, both published by TFH Publications. In 2007, Chris founded Brightwell Aquatics in Catawissa, PA, a company that focuses on aquarium water care and nutritional supplements based on current understanding of Marine Biology, Marine Chemistry, and Limnology as they pertain to aquarium husbandry. Throughout his career in the aquarium industry, Chris has authored several articles for domestic and international aquarium hobbyist periodicals, consulted for aquaculture and mariculture operations, and spoken at numerous aquarium club meetings and events.
