CHUBAKAH June 3, 2008 June 3, 2008 Title says it all. I'd rather not buy one for a one time catch, if I can avoid it. Thanks in advance! Mark
steveoutlaw June 3, 2008 June 3, 2008 I've got one you can use. I'm in Woodbridge, about 8 miles west of Potomac Mills. Let me know.
jason the filter freak June 3, 2008 June 3, 2008 If the fish isn't that big, it's pretty darn easy to make a trap out of a soda bottle
L8 2 RISE June 3, 2008 June 3, 2008 another easy way is just to take a normal cup, put some food at the very bottom, then when the fish swims in, just put your hand over the top, it's not as hard as it sounds because the fish swims away from your hand so it shouldnt try to get out.
extreme_tooth_decay June 3, 2008 June 3, 2008 I've got some left over chicken pot pie I'm not planning to eat.

CHUBAKAH June 3, 2008 Author June 3, 2008 The plastic bag with a string method worked for me with the wiley clown goby ... Good luck - damsels are fast!! Yeah, and I have to catch 4 of them. AT this point I really just want to catch the black domino. Every time I stick my hand in the tank it attacks me. I told my wife he's gonna taste good with beer batter on him.
Highland Reefer June 4, 2008 June 4, 2008 (edited) I think, a little fishing rod with the smallest hook would work great. You should use the catch & release method, which is better for the ecosystem. Besides, I hear they don't taste that good, a little bland. When I was a kid, I fished for little minnows in my grandfather's pond using a little hook. I had a great time doing that. The minnows were smaller than most of the fish in my tank. Edited June 4, 2008 by Highland Reefer
