Is there anyway to 'save' the datalog and graphical information provided by the AC-III through a power failure??

Thanks,

bob

This won't help you recover your data, but I use a computer UPS just for my AQ.

I have the datalog displaying on my computer; is there any way to do a 'save' of the data in a file or anything?? Same with the graphs?? When I mouse over the graphs, it says 'click to activate and use this control' . . . but nothing happens when I do.

Haven't even setup mine yet until power circuits add in the future plan. Anyway, you can <CTRL + PrtSc> to capture your current graph and paste it onto a word document if there is no option for you to save your data Bob.

That way, you can always manual re-edit as data log instead of data loss.

How about "Database" and "Retrieve data logs" from the drop down menus?

Drop-down menus?? I don't have no steenking drop-down menus!

"spinkle some kalk on it, I hear the stuffs magic."

Hahah. Chip is funny but there is a lot of truth in the above statement.

Hey wait, aren't you the lanman? :lol2:

It can be confusing to set up but there's no trick to it. Are you able to ping the AC3? Did you set up the login name and ID in AquaNotes?
