Brian Ward January 31, 2008 Share January 31, 2008 (edited) I upgraded the pump in my BC29 to a MJ1200, but that's not pushing enough water through the 8W UV and to the return. I have about 2.5ft of head pressure accordng to the RC calculator. I'm looking for 140-200gph flow. Anyone recommed something stronger? I have a little more space than what the MJ takes up but can't handle anything significantly bigger. Looking around, the Eheim Compact 1000 might be in the neighborhood though I'd like something a bit stronger. Any ideas? Also prefer a local vendor - Wally's, Scales, Aquarium One.
