I'd like to get something from Pacific East Aquaculture for delivery to the WAMAS meeting. Online, their site insists on adding shipping ($29.95, even though I'm within Zone 1 from them).

 

What's the best way? Complete the on-line order and expect a refund?

 

Do they take calls at the weekend?

 

I'd rather not ask via e-mail, coz I know what I want, don't want someone else to buy it in the meantime...MUST HAVE IT.

I ordered something from them couple of days ago and encountered the same thing. In the instruction box, just mention that Dr Mac will be at the WAMAS meeting in Vienna, VA on Nov 10 and that you would like him to bring it with you. They will see that and will not charge you thes shipping and handling fee. I emailed them and asked if the fee would apply and they said no.
