ok just checked...the PH of lime water is 11.7....so does this mean i have to increase the amount of lime per gal of RO?

yes its being dripped...my ph is around 8.0 day time...night time can drop to 7.8

i mixed 1 tea spoon for 1 gallon of RO water ...when i drip it my ph does not increase at all...is this normal? or do i have a bad batch of lime powder. I did get it a longggg time ago...probably two years ago.

Thank you all for your advice. so producing 5gal of ro every 30 min is not right? i'll take out the membrane and reinstall it later to see if that help. my resin was blue when i bought it..after one day it turns brown. so from what you said its already exhausted therefore i need to buy more resin? How long does resin last anyway?couple of weeks before it turns brown?

yeah the water came out through the membrane and enter the DI, but the TDS is still around 7....is my membrane gone? or should i replace the resin? i just got the resin about 2 week ago.

i got a ro system with a 100 GPD membrane, and my PSI was around 50. I was able to fill a 5gal deer park bottle in 2 hours with ro water. However, recently bought a booster pump and increase my psi to 80...how the system was able to fill the 5 gal bottle in 30 min. BTW my TDS is around 7.....does this sound right?

im running just RO...its a two stage ro system...the micron filter and the carbon is all i have..well also the membrane..so thats three. i'll make sure all the cable are connected properly tonight....thanks for the advice guys

my RO was putting out 17tds so i replace the micro filters and the carbon filters....now output are 245...try to flush the membrane for 30 mins..and its still the same....i only had the RO kit for 9 months now..is the membrane DEAD?

uhhh...I was there and it's clearly mark $80 for the red planet, that's why i didn't buy it. Basically all of his prices are much higher than other shop (for ORA anyways). I don't know how he can say that he has the lowest price in town or even try to match other store prices. But congrats on getting a great deal

how you get that prices? isn't the Red Planet $80 each? and the rose milli $45?
