  1. AM I able to keep clams in a bare bottom tank successfully? I was under the impression that they need a sandbed to burrow into. :( If so which ones are good for me.I have 2-175 watt MH pendents and 2 55 watt compactr flourescent over the tank.
  2. Its an in wall 125.The 6 foot long by 22" high size.Needs to be 72" X22"H to fit ,Width doesn't matter I can go larger here if need be.Looking for just a tank UP TO $300 range if I have to purchase.RR if possible. If I have to buy a new tank I will sale my old tank to someone for cheap.Maybe they can fix it and use it for a sump or beginner tank or something. Its heavy may need a few guys to lift.I needed 4.I am crossing my fingers that I won't have to buy a new tank at this moment.
  3. Hello fellow reefers. I am wondering if there is someone here in the club that can reglue or put sealant around the top of my tank?I have had the tank for a while and now the top sealant is leaking every now and then.I know I need to replace but don't have the money at this time.It is probaly much cheaper to reseal the top of my tank since that is the only place its leaking. Also I am wondering if this can be done if I took out have the water in the tank and left everthing in it?I am not good at DIY since I tried to fix the problem before but it didn't work out PLease helpppppppppppppp!!
  4. I also have ordered drygoods from them.Over all good experience and had great customer service. Before joining this club I would call them and get help if I ran into a problem with my tank.
  5. Yeah they are short lived and prone to try an escape.Keep a tight fitting led and low lights. They will eat anything you put in.including each other(eventually). One last thing keep your rocks secured because they are stronger then you think. You can check this website for more helpful info:www.tonmo.com
  6. I have a scopas and a orange shoulder in my 125.I got them at the same time and introduced them at the same time.

  10. I have to agree everyone is entitled to there own opinion. I don't think that wolfman was slamming BRk just voicing his concerns. To me it seemed as though everyone is coming down on wolfman for how he feels about his BRK experience.I am new here also .And I visited BRK and met Johnny this weekend.I also had a purchasing disagreement with Johnny but we cleared it up and I will still do business with him in the future. It was a nice drive and the fish I bought where healthy and are eating like crazy now.Johnny came through for me when I was looking for the fish and no one had it.Thanks Johnny the fish are doing great. David
  11. I agree with clownfish but if you do decide to get the tang anyways ,watch out for the tang police and I hope you would upgrade in the future.Or you can try a Kole tang.

  17. Thanks again peeps >I just got off the phone with Johnny no orange shoulders in but He is going to try and order them for me next week with his next order and his price was cheaper then saltwaterfish.com's price. So thanks again WAMAS. :77:
  18. About how far from D.C. is BRK? About an hour's drive?
  19. Good idea Charlie. But I still want to look around.Looking specifically for a small orange shoulder tang.Thats probaly going to be the hardest fish on my list to find.I want him to be around 1.5-2" maybe an inch bigger give or take.
  20. Sorry but whats BRK? I am going to spend about $100 on fish and more inverts So $75 is not a problem. Also thanks for the replies . Anymore vendors out there besides saltwaterfish.com?
