  1. Thanks. Bob~YbeNormal built the stand and canopy. I'm hoping to get a combination of VHO's and T5's, but if I don't I just want an actinic bulb that will help balance out the 10k XM. I have no updated pictures since nothing changed. Pictures of the aquascape are on page 2.
  2. Thank you. I'm not sure. I have not used actinics before and thought that T5's would help balance out the XM 10k more. I will research more about VHO's, probably going to get VHO's now. Thanks James. I definitly have enough room for any option. Thanks! I will look into it more, probably search on Reefcentral for more info. Thanks. As far as the tank right now. I need to reduce the noise in the sump and get rid of the micro-bubbles. Thanks, Mohsin
  3. I kind of knew my PC's were not going to be enough, that's why I plan on getting T5 actinics end of this month. Thanks! I have a long way to go before I will be ever considered for TOTM.
  4. Thanks. Right side is not bad as it looks in the pictures. Both sides are different. I worked on the left side, while my bro and cousin worked on the right side. We might change it a little, but if we do, it's going to look very similar. Thanks, me too! Thanks! I got my lights from the setup I bought. Right now I only have PC's on. I need to order new MH 10k XM bulbs today. You would know right? haha. Thank You.
  5. Water has been cleared up. More pics. Left Side Right Side
  6. No bridge, but I thought about creating one. I plan on keeping this tank and stand for a very long time, so I just want it in new condition. Thanks, aquascape turned out pretty good. Time to plan out the fish list. I got some for you. FTS Skimmer breaking in. I'll take some more pictures tomorrow once the tank is completely cleared up. Thanks, Mohsin
  7. Thanks. Few more updates. Making sure no water is going on the stand.. Liverock Finished Aquascape. The water has cleared up alot, and will post a FTS soon.
  8. I was happy with my Marco Rocks as well. I actually took a picture of some shapes I wanted and sent it to them. Your going to get alot more rock since it's dry weight. Heres a tank shot of my 120g. The the rocks that are all white are the ones I got from MR.
  9. I'm not really sure what an electrical conduit is, but the wires will be all going through the back of the stand, and I have two surge protectors that are going to be plugged into two 20amp outlets.
  10. Thanks. I think it's right . I have not leak tested the plumbing yet, I hope to do it tomorrow. Here's a recent picture of my tank with the doors open. The color of the stand didn't come out well, it's actually a lot more darker. I plan on getting everything setup during my winter break. So more updates to come in a week.
  11. Thanks to Dan for coming by and installing the Grey Seas Skimmer and Calcium Reactor. It was nice meeting you Bob, and Bob the builder, your welcome anytime . Heres some updated pictures.. The tank should be filled with water by Tuesday night. Mohsin
  12. No, It looks like it's in the sump but its not. Here's some updated pictures of the plumbing.
  13. Yeah, haha. I love the height of the stand. The long pvc is level, and your right about the short one. I will go ahead and fix the smaller one tomorrow morning. I ran into a slight problem, one of the nuts on the bulkhead is too hard to screw in, so I will need to get that replaced. I will also add 2 ball valves on each drain line(forgot to add that in the beginning). More updates tomorrow.
  14. I'm a little behind schedule, but I should be caught up by tomorrow. This is my first time actually hard plumbing a tank, and would like to thank John at BRK for helping me choose the supplies and design concept. Heres what I have done now, but I should finish up the return lines by tonight. Plumbing supplies... What I have done so far.. Thanks, Mohsin
  15. The cabinetry and tank look amazing! It looks like the cowfish has alot more swimming space!
  16. I hope to add water Tomorrow-Friday, Sand is going in on Friday, rocks are going to be in the tank in two weeks, and probably putting corals in my tank in 3-4 months. I don't plan on using a refugium, as for the sump, I am going to use a 36"x16"x16" acrylic sump.
  17. Heres the front shot of the tank, stand, and canopy. This weekend, I plan on pushing the tank back a couple feet for the final location. The electrical is done for the tank, and I hopefully will be filling the tank with water as well.
  18. Bob, You made a beautiful peice of art. Don't worry, it's in good hands! I couldn't be any happier. For those of you who need to get anything made, dont hesitate to ask Bob! He puts tremendous amounts of hard work into his projects, and they come out a lot better than expected. Btw, I plan on making the tank look just as good as the stand and canopy..I hope.. Many Thanks, Mohsin
  19. Radiant Wrasse - Very colorful and active fish.
  20. The stand was definitley worth the wait and it looks 100x better than the one it's modeled after. It looks incredible! I have some pictures, but I don't want to spoil the build thread, so you all will have to wait until Bob gets time to post the pictures . Mohsin
