  1. Cool thank you both for your input.
  2. I was thinking of going the Tunze/ media rack combo also. Water changes are my main method I just wanted a good skimmer for extra punch, how did the Tunze workout for you I have read mixed reviews.
  3. Hey, does anyone have a Red Sea 130D that they have done a skimmer upgrade to? If so what model did you use?
  4. Yea Furan -2 should take care of it, if you can't find that at LFS look for anything that treat fungus.
  5. Yes it is treatable, get some anti bacterial/fungus meds and move him to a hospital tank.
  6. Sorry to hear that, this will help: http://wamas.org/forums/topic/41558-ichy-battle/
  7. Bottom left could be a nem or maybe a torch.
  8. Welcome, nice to see more Woodbridge folks.
  9. A 2-3 hour drip works best. Not sure if pulling it now will just add to it's stress, Starfish are super sensitive to change in water parameters.
  10. Refractometer: Milwaukee Digital Seawater Refractometer Calcium: Red Sea Alkalinity: Red Sea Magnesium: Red Sea Nitrate: Red Sea Phosphate: Red Sea The Red Sea stuff is great, API will cost less and is OK in a pinch, but once you switch to RS you will ditch your API Ammonia: Salifert I have heard some good things about the Hanna Checker digital test but haven't made the leap yet, maybe someone will chime in who has experience with them.
  11. Please let me know once you are selling the fish, there are a few I would like.
