To be honest I'm not too sure of water quality.. It is normally that when I get them they reach a state of almost full bloom and then.... Slow decline over about a month.

I suppose I qualify for this section... Anyway, I have a well settled tank, about 2 years old, that has a slight problem. It doesn't seem to be able to maintain corral well.. I lost three gsp colonies, and a green trumpet aswell as a group of reindeer sps... I have compact fluorescent lighting and minimal flow.... I would really like to know how I can get a good gsp running in my 12gal...

well your right they are showing activity. However in my dad's 72 Gal. we have a mystery coral on our hands that looks like gsp, but is white. it is also on the same rock that had gsp on it before it was wiped out. Here are some pics, look closely please reply soon, skipperawe

I have had that gsp in my tank for a long time and not a polyp is opening, is that normal?

well, all i have to say is he lives 45 minutes away! i went there and got some great frags. (gsp, clove, and many thins i dont know the name of) here are some pics my personaly made frag plugs out of the sps coral that shatered at mr. lins house some small polyped coral that he gave me these are the clove polyps he gave me. this is my prized gsp I hope you all like the pics, sorry i had to do them out of water Skipper

its doing great, exept for the larger piece of sps, whitch dies about a week ago. by the way the piees that fell off of my xenia are in a different tank and are recovering , but the main piece is still in my tank and is shapping up nicely in recovery.

ok, thanks sooooo mush for the frags they are all doing very well in our tanks and i hope to see some growth soon. anouncement: i am seriusly considdering getting one or two frags of frogspawn.

ok that seems odd, but heres the truth i was sick that day with a horrible throught soo i missed that day of school. i got bored so i decided to do a little posting. ooooo..... do you think we might be able to meet this weekend?
