Lyre Tail Anthias $12.00 X 3 (1 male + 2 females) = $36.00 + 10% + Shipping

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Michael,

Are they eating and what are they eating? And will it be possible to get my request or do I have to get them all females? What do you recommend 3 or 4 and why?

Thanks,

Raf

Raf,

2 F, 1 M should be no problem. I usually recommend odd numbers. I just think it looks better, and I've heard they do better that way. 3 should be fine.

THey just arrived yesterday. Didn't eat last night. I'll feed again later. They have always eaten frozen mysis, soaked in zoecon and garlic extreme. That's what I feed everybody.

Dave what's with you and :bluefish: wrasses :fish: ? I notice you have been hunting wrasses lately, nothing wrong with that. I think they are cool.

Thanks for the responses.

I would suggest shipping this order Monday for Tuesday delivery.

I'll need one shipping address at some point. Who's available to take delivery?

Shipping will probably run about $50, next day air. Obviously, the more people who get in on this, the less shipping will be per person.

In terms of payment, one person can pay via Paypal, or each person can pay separately. Either way is fine. My paypal address is tobasdad1@excite.com

If anyone has any questions, they can call me 914-661-3128.

Michael...

You didn't answer my question about snails...

Raf...

Actually I want to add 1-2 smaller fish to my tank, and I think wrasses are the "right" size (I've allready got 2 tangs and my blue chin and copper banded so don't want anything that big)

Dave,

Sorry, missed the snail part. All I have currently are the nassarius. And they are big (dime size).

If you are looking for another little fish, the two spot hogfish are really nice, IMO(go here for more info http://www.marinecenter.com/fish/hogfish/candyhogwrasse/). Also, a trio of flasher wrasses makes an awesome display.

Which ones are looking better and are easier to keep? The Lyretails or the Dispars?

I don't mean to be picky, especially with all the recent comments of what topics go where, but, in my opinion, you all started a "group buy" and thus, should have been posting this buy there in group buy to organize it.

on a side note: I'm starting to think we should eliminate member and bb member privs from posting replies in Vendor news posts because all the comments, questions ... detract from the original post by the vendor - which was simply a listing of what stock or sales they have. I have been just a guilty posting in some threads requesting items be held. Guess this is something for more discusion with larger audiance to get more views.

Michael,

You have a very nice selection of fish. I personally am going to have to pass this time but please continue to post. I know there will be other group orders.

BTW, do you ever get the Blue Flasher Wrasse a.k.a. Peacock Wrasse (Paracheilinus cyaneus) http://www.marinecenter.com/fish/wrasseree...eflasherwrasse/

Also, I was trying to find out where you are located in NYC. I have a sister who lives in Manhattan. I would like to stop by your shop, if you are nearby.

Thanks and good luck to you.

Rebecca,

I have plenty of blue flasher wrasses in stock now. In fact, dhoch is ordering one.

I am just outside the city, in a town called New Rochelle (20 minutes by car).

By all means, give me a call next time you are in town. I'd be happy to have you stop by.
