dmatt56 December 30, 2020 Share December 30, 2020 My 10 year old female clownfish died today. The male was still defending her eggs. Nature is amazing!!! Are there any local clownfish breeders??? I’d love to get another pair for the next 10 years. Thanks again Matt
Yachaq December 30, 2020 Share December 30, 2020 I have a clutch of juveniles that have been going strong since they hatched mid November. They are still small (~3/4") so may be a problem if you have other fish that may fight with them. Happy to hold some for you if you are not in a hurry. I would prefer to release them once they are ~1 1/4".
dmatt56 December 30, 2020 Author Share December 30, 2020 Hello,Agree. I’d definitely need a larger pair. All my fish are fully mature and established. What color variation? Thanks Matt
Yachaq December 30, 2020 Share December 30, 2020 Hi Matt, They are regular Ocellaris (Amphiprion ocellaris) and where my first try at breeding them with no mortality through the larval stage. I am very tempted to try with different species/color variations in the near future.
