Reef crystals question

Hey everyone. So I went ordered a box of reef crystals from Blue ribbon koi and i checked the bags and they all looked good. 1 month later while after mixing up my salts I went back to use my last bag and it was yellow. I know this means it’s defective but has anyone used it the yellow bags with any side effects ? Just curious thank you I’m advanced

I've used them before without any noticeable effects.

I've noticed the plastic bag yellowing when there's a teeny hole in the bag and moisture gets in.  Sometimes the salt gets clumpy too.  I still use clumpy salt unless it's completely turned into a giant brick.
