raulsreef April 16, 2020 April 16, 2020 Is anybody else having problems with their Hannah salinity tester? I went to make a new batch of salt water using tropic Marin salt at 1.026 when I went to test for alkalinity and calcium my readings were way off the chart. using my old refractometer I tested the same batch and the reading came out to 1.030. And they both have been calibrated right before testing.
DFR April 21, 2020 April 21, 2020 How far apart did you perform the salinity tests? It is possible that you took your first reading before it was fully mixed.
