Neptune PM2 Issues

Hi! I have a Neptune Apex (2016) and haven’t had any issues. I tried adding a PM2 and to track Temp and salinity on a second system and haven’t been able to get it connected properly. I’ve not been able to find anything about the issue I’m having.

 

The pm2 (and connected probes) show up in fusion but say disconnected. The status light is either flashing or solid amber. I’ve tried connecting to different aquabus ports on the PM2 and to different modules.

 

After deleting and trying to add again, it now says software version 255 (old) for the PM2. 
 

Any suggestions?

You may need to update the firmware of the module, the apex brain or both.
