Booster Pump Question

Does anyone else have this issue. Mine starts to leak after a few years. They continue to work but start dripping. I just end up replacing it after it gets too annoying. 
 

is this normal?  Or do other people just have theirs stop working before they replace it.

Have you taken the head apart and checked the parts?  I would assume a gasket is getting worn and that’s it.

Did know they could be taken apart and fixed. Hmmmm. Gotta take a look at that

Just for reference, how much RODI water do get before they start to leak.  
I don’t run a booster pump as I’ve always been borderline on psi. I’ve been considering one lately as I’m starting to acquire equipment for a larger build and I’m sure I’d see efficiency boosts and time savings with one.
